Callroom
The participants who are allowed by the Technical Delegate to join the ODC, should present themselves in the callroom. The callroom is located at the north site of the track.ar)
- • Participants in the track events should present themselves latest 20 minutes before the start of the event.
- • Participants to technical events should present themselves latest 40 minutes before the start of the event.
After presentation at the callroom, the participant is not allowed to leave the callroom anymore.
A participant who participates in another event at the point of time of presenting in the callroom is allowed to have himself/herself presented in the callroom by a representative. This participant needs to be at the start of the next event in time.
In the callroom the following checks will be performed:
- • advertisements on clothing, bags, etc. should be in line with the valid rules (WR art.8 + rules of Dutch Athletics Association).
- • the wearing of the clothing of the club (WR art. 143, sub 1)
- • shoes and spikes (WR art. 143, sub 2-6),
- • starting numbers (WR art. 143, sub 7-9),
- • the contents of bags,
- • throwing equipment, sending or receiving electronics are not allowed,
- • supporting materials to influence the result positively; tape on hands and fingers, and the taping together of fingers is not allowed, only tape/second skin to protect open wounds is allowed,
- • not allowed objects will be taken in.After the event you can receive them again in the callroom.
All participants are supposed to know the contents of the mentioned articles. There will be strong checks on the alignment to this articles. The responsibility for aligning with this articles lies with the participants. Non-alignment can result in disqualification of the ODC.
After this checks in the callroom, the participants will leave the callroom and go straightly to the terrain of the event, accompanied by members of the jury.
