Ceremony Protocollaire

As shown in the runbook, the handing out of the medaillions will take place in before planned timeslots. The winners of the medaillions are obliged to be at the collection point for the Ceremonie Protocollaire at latest 10 minutes before the start of this timeslots. Please, be in time, the CP is part of the ODC, rules and regulations on sponsoring and advertisements are fully valid.

In case of protests in which the medaillion winners are involved, the timing of the CP can be changed. Please refer to the publication boards regularly.
