Information

Execution of event.
At May 1st it will be decided which events in the programme will go on as planned. An event will go on in case three or more licensed athletes have registered for it (including payment received). In case of less then three registrations, the registrations of athletes from different divisions can be combined in one event. If that does not result in three or more athletes, the specific event will be deleted from the programme of the ODC. All participants will be informed on this in writing, in time.

During the ODC, when the necessary timeperiod before registration for an event has run out, and there are not three or more athletes who have presented themselves to start in the event, the Technical Delegate is authorised to decide to combine events.

Number of attempts.
At the jumping and throwing events all participants have the right to execute three attempts, in case there are eight or more participants. In that case, the eight participants with the best results in this three attempts, have the right to execute another three attempts.

In case there are less then eight participants, they all have the right to execute 6 attempts. The fourth and the fifth attempt will be executed in the sequence following the best results from the first three attempts, ranked from low to high. The sequence of the sixth attempt will be dependent on the ranking based on the results up to the fifth round.

Markings.
The participants should only use markings as available from the organisation committee.

Leaving the track.
During the event it is forbidden to leave the track/ terrain of execution of the event, except after approval by the referee.
Participants of the running events leave the finish as soon as possible after they have finished. They go straight to the location where the baskets with the clothes are.
Participants of the technical events leave the terrain of execution of the event only under accompaniment of a member of the jury.

Clothing of the runners.
The warm clothing of the runners will be brought to a place near the finish where the participants can pick it up quickly after they have finished.

Planning of series.
Series will be planned by the Tecnical Delegate, immediately after the end of the timeslot for registration and announcement of presence at the registration desk. The TD will then also finalise the list of participants of the technical events. In case there are as many cancellations for a specific event that contains series, that the number of series can be reduced, the TD will do so. This will be done under the condition that if the series are planned on the two different days, the final series will be planned on the day of the series.
After handling by the ODC organisation committee this series and lists will be publicised on the publication boards.

Transfer rules running events.
The six quickest runners from the series will participate in the final.
